Vlad Tinovsky is the founder and president of Tinovsky Law Firm. Prior to founding Tinovsky Law Firm, Vlad practiced business and bankruptcy law at the national law firms of Cozen O'Connor and Eckert Seamans in Philadelphia.
Vlad has represented entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes, from small family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies, in various business transactional and litigation matters.
Vlad has counseled clients on entity formation and business structures, ranging from single entity formation to complex multi-entity structures with foreign operating subsidiaries. He has also negotiated, drafted and reviewed a wide range of agreements and contracts in many industries, including banking, biotechnology, energy, financial services, food services, health care, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, real estate and technology.
He has also assisted clients to grow and meet the demands of a changing business landscape through, among other things, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, debt and equity financing and joint venture and strategic alliance transactions.

A high-profile buyer in the acquisition of a bankrupt landmark Philadelphia restaurant.
He has represented clients in federal and state regulatory matters, including issuers of securities before the SEC and state securities commissions.
Vlad has also counseled clients when difficulties arise in their business. He has represented clients in complex business and commercial litigation, including lawsuits related to securities fraud and shareholder oppression. He has also represented both debtors and creditors in regional and national bankruptcy cases and related litigation, and has administered the wind up, liquidation and dissolution of businesses in and outside of bankruptcy.
Vlad holds an
AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell (the highest), and has been selected as a Pennsylvania Rising Star Super Lawyer for 2008-2010 by Philadelphia Magazine and Law & Politics Magazine. He is also involved with local non-profit organizations, and currently serves as the President of the Russian-Speaking Professionals Network of Greater Philadelphia and as a member of the board of the Lower Moreland Township Civic Association and the New World Association.
